Free Australia-Wide Shipping Policy

Important Free Shipping Conditions: Free Australia-Wide Standard Shipping is currently available on eligible orders delivered within Australia. Sydney Diesel Centre reserves the right to amend, suspend, modify, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

At Sydney Diesel Centre, we're pleased to offer Free Australia-Wide Standard Shipping on products purchased through our online store.

We believe ordering quality diesel fuel injection parts, engines and generators should be straightforward, which is why eligible orders include standard shipping at no additional cost.

Our Free Shipping offer applies to eligible products available for purchase through the Sydney Diesel Centre online store, including diesel fuel injection components, replacement parts, engines and generators. For engine and generator products, freight costs have generally been incorporated into the advertised selling price, allowing us to offer delivery without additional shipping charges.

Free Shipping applies to standard delivery services only. Customers who require express shipping, priority freight, same-day delivery, time-specific delivery, or any other expedited freight service may incur additional charges. Where an express or premium delivery service is requested, the applicable freight cost will be calculated and advised prior to dispatch or applied at checkout where available.

Many engines and generators, including selected Kubota and Isuzu models, are supplied on a customer-order basis and may not be held in stock at the time of purchase. Due to their size, value and product configuration requirements, lead times for these products may vary depending on supplier availability and freight schedules. Product availability displayed on our website does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

Orders are dispatched from either Sydney Diesel Centre or Melbourne Diesel Systems, depending on stock availability and operational requirements. We reserve the right to select the freight carrier and delivery method used for each shipment.

While we endeavour to provide Free Shipping Australia-wide, some remote, regional or specialised delivery locations may not be eligible for the Free Shipping offer. If a delivery address falls outside the service area covered by our standard freight arrangements, additional freight charges may apply. Where this occurs, we will contact you before processing or dispatching your order.

Free Shipping is intended for standard retail online purchases and may not apply to bulk, wholesale, government, fleet, trade, or commercial project orders where freight requirements are significantly greater than those of a typical online order. Where additional freight charges may apply, our team will contact you to discuss the available options before processing the order.

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and may be affected by stock availability, supplier lead times, transport schedules, weather events, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Free Shipping does not guarantee dispatch or delivery within a specific timeframe.

All shipping offers are subject to product availability, carrier availability, and serviceability of the delivery address. Sydney Diesel Centre reserves the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch and provide a full refund where a product becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

If you choose to return a product due to a change of mind, Sydney Diesel Centre may deduct any freight costs incurred from any refund offered, subject to our Returns Policy. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

From time to time, products, freight providers, shipping costs and business requirements may change. As a result, Sydney Diesel Centre reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Free Shipping offer at any time without prior notice. We may also change the products, categories, locations or order types eligible for Free Shipping, or introduce minimum order values, order value caps, or other qualifying criteria in the future.

Any changes to this policy will apply only to orders placed after the updated policy has been published on our website.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Free Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as provided by law.
